This page describes how pricing and billing work on TrackStemLab (the "Service"). It forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read together with our Refund Policy. The exact prices, currencies, and taxes applicable to you are always shown at checkout before you confirm a purchase.
Every account receives a small balance of free processing minutes that replenishes daily up to a cap. Free minutes are intended for personal evaluation and fair use; we may change the free grant, the cap, and the replenishment rules over time, and we use anti-abuse measures (described in our Privacy Policy) to prevent circumvention of free-tier limits.
You can purchase one-time packs of processing minutes. Packs are charged once, do not renew, and are added to your balance. Indicative packs are 5, 15, 60, and 300 minutes; the current prices for your region are shown at checkout.
The subscription grants a monthly allotment of minutes (with limited rollover of unused minutes) plus access to premium options such as additional models and output formats. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, and your payment method is charged automatically, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page or by contacting support; cancellation stops future renewals and remains effective until the end of the period already paid for. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for a started period unless required by law.
We may change prices and the contents of plans. Changes to recurring subscription prices will apply from the next billing period after we give you reasonable notice; if you do not agree, you may cancel before the change takes effect.
Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record and seller of record. Paddle calculates and collects any applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) and issues your invoice. Prices may be shown inclusive or exclusive of tax depending on your location, as indicated at checkout.
